These are first cut as flat discs, then with a special mold they are then formed. There is only 1 piece of copper here, no solder. These are wonderful for doing Cloisonne. We have annealed these with our torch and water quenched them to clean them, we also put these in acid to clean off any oxides that formed. I feel these are a novel product, unknown to the trade. These would be great for enameling or other applications.
